PassFlex publishes the information currently available without inventing the identity of the future contracting entity.

The legal name, form, registered office, Belgian company number, VAT status and a second contact method must be added before any paid commercial activity.
Pilot scope
- PassFlex coordinates shifts, availability, contracts, scheduling and hours.
- PassFlex does not submit Dimona declarations.
- PassFlex does not officially verify a worker’s status.
- PassFlex does not calculate or pay payroll and is not a payroll provider.
Technical infrastructure
The site is deployed through Lovable. The application uses Supabase for application infrastructure and authentication. OpenAI is used only for enabled AI features and Stripe only when payment is authorised.
Exact roles, locations, transfers and retention periods must be confirmed in the processing register before commercial production.
Intellectual property
PassFlex trademarks, text, interfaces, visuals, software and content are protected. Unauthorised reuse is prohibited, subject to third-party rights.
