No. PassFlex organises the workflow and prepares useful information. Payroll providers and official services retain their own responsibilities.
Is PassFlex a staffing agency?
No. PassFlex is coordination software and does not present itself as a staffing agency.
How does status verification work?
The file includes consent and a verification status. The official PeopleData connector is planned, not active.
Who submits Dimona?
PassFlex does not currently submit Dimona in production. The site only shows a clearly labelled simulation.
What happens if a declaration fails?
The product is designed to retain an explicit status and next action, but does not simulate an official issue as resolved.
How does a worker clock in?
The demo shows arrival, break and departure through a fictional QR workflow. It creates no official event.
Can a worker dispute hours?
Yes. The workflow supports a correction request and dual confirmation without silent overwrites.
How does PassFlex protect the national register number?
The marketing site never asks for it. In the product, it belongs behind a server boundary and strictly limited access.
Can I connect scheduling or payroll?
Direct connectors are planned. Preparation exports are not presented as active synchronisation.
