Pilot terms and conditions
These terms govern B2B use of the PassFlex pilot. They become contractual only after the operator is identified and the customer expressly accepts them.
Purpose and service limits
- Coordination of shifts, applicants, contracts, schedules, hours and operational follow-up.
- PassFlex performs no Dimona submission, official worker-status verification or payroll.
- The employer remains responsible for social, tax, contractual and safety obligations.
Accounts and data
Each user protects access, provides accurate information and enters only necessary data. Worker data, national register numbers and HR information must never be placed in free-text AI or analytics fields.
PassFlex may suspend access for illegal, unsafe, fraudulent or non-compliant use.
PassFlex Sign
PassFlex Sign records separate electronic acceptances, links them to the document and retains an evidence trail.
It is not a qualified electronic signature (QES) and must not be described as a qualified certificate or eID identification.
Pricing, payment and availability
Displayed prices are informational until a complete contractual offer is issued. Live Stripe payments remain disabled until the contracting identity, VAT status and applicable documents are configured.
PassFlex aims for continuity without promising uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents and third-party services may affect access.
Rights, liability and changes
PassFlex retains rights in the product; the customer retains rights in its data. Each party remains responsible for its obligations and the information it supplies.
Future versions will be dated. Governing law, jurisdiction, duration, termination and liability limits must be finalised with the entity identity before paid contracts.
